On the hillside of a neighbourhood in Jerusalem, with an open balcony overlooking the view and a backyard carved into the mountain, we designed a private resort for the family.
Every detail was carefully chosen to perfectly tailor the space to their needs. From a luxurious floating outdoor kitchen with a marble table to a welcoming living room for hosting with a TV and projector screen, a children’s play area with swings, a green wall of plants that ‘enters’ right into the house, a large storage area completely hidden in the yard, heating solutions for the cold climate, and various shading options for the sun.
All solutions were fully customised for a Shabbat-observant family. Significant emphasis was placed on the garden lighting, and we designed custom metal lighting fixtures and planters for this project, with attention to both atmospheric and technical lighting
